Ellie Mental Health in the United States is hiring LMSW or Resident Counselor therapists to provide individual, group, and family therapies with Telehealth options. The role offers guaranteed pay for the first 4 weeks to ramp caseloads, clinical supervision at no cost, and a path for growth into leadership with strong supervision and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or a behavioral science from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed mental health professional in the state of Virginia.
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including revisions and case notes.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to advance access to care.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, Ellie personnel, and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training.
