Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed mental health professional in the state of Virginia.
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and document case notes according to policy.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill the mission.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other Ellie staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and training.
