Job summary

Ellie Mental Health, PLLP in Northern Virginia is looking for LPC or LMSW therapists and Residents in Counseling to join our outpatient practice. You will evaluate diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and manage a caseload while receiving supervision from a VA-licensed supervisor at no cost.

We offer guaranteed pay for the first 4 weeks, flexible hours (some evenings), diverse patient exposure, and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited institution.
• Must be licensed LMHP or Resident in Counseling in Virginia.
• Experience completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans and case notes.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and maintain boundaries.
• Document services in a timely manner.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Tele-health from home requires a professional, HIPAA-compliant space.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with the team.
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, schools and staff.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and training.
• Contribute to other meaningful duties as needed.
