Ellie Mental Health in McLean, VA is seeking LMSW or Resident Counselor therapists to join a supportive, growth‑oriented team. We offer guaranteed pay for the first 4 weeks while you ramp your caseload and clinical supervision by Virginia licensed professionals at no cost.

The role supports individual, family, and group therapy and Telehealth options. Responsibilities include evaluating diagnoses, building treatment plans, maintaining a 25‑session weekly caseload, and coordinating with families,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or behavioral sciences from an accredited college/university.
• Licensed mental health professional in Virginia required.
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create a treatment plan with ongoing documentation.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the team to serve the community.
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school/medical staff.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
