Job summary

Two Chairs is seeking VA-licensed clinicians to provide remote, evidence-based therapy for adults (18+). The role emphasizes teletherapy with a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week and a weekly availability of 8–24 hours from Monday through Friday.

You will collaborate with other mental health professionals to support client outcomes. Licensed in Virginia (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD or PsyD) and skilled in CBT/DBT/MI, you will help integrate care and use data to tailor treatment.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Virginia as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or as a Psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
• Teletherapy experience
• Proficiency with clinical assessments and evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, IPT, EFT, MI)

Responsibilities

• Provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+).
• Maintain a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week.
• Commit 8-24 total hours of weekly availability, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. onward.
• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust approaches based on progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients when appropriate.
