Two Chairs is hiring licensed clinicians to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults 18+. You will manage 7–20 sessions weekly with 8–24 hours of availability Mon–Fri 8:00 am–9:00 pm EST, using CBT/DBT and related modalities. EMR documentation must be completed within 48 hours of contact.

We support licensure in other states, provide a wellness and professional growth stipend, and include comprehensive W-2 benefits with malpractice insurance and 401(k). Experience with PHQ-9 is valued.

Formación

• Licensed in VA as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
• Willing to obtain licensure in other states; company covers costs.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience with adults and 6+ months teletherapy.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+).
• Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week and 8–24 hours availability Mon-Fri 8:00–21:00 EST.
• Complete all documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients when appropriate.
• Use data to drive treatment and adjust based on progress.
