Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking mental health therapists for our Frederick, MD location to provide out-patient services for children, families, and/or adults. The role supports a wraparound approach to treatment, with a family-centered program emphasizing psychiatry, on-site therapy, and therapeutic mentoring.

Join a team dedicated to community impact, with responsibilities that include psychotherapy sessions, quarterly meetings, and collaboration with the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related discipline.
• Licensed in Maryland as LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC.
• Previous psychotherapy experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 60% and work with diverse populations.

Responsabilités

• Meet with assigned clients in group, individual, joint or family sessions.
• Schedule appointments according to program standards.
• Complete clinical notes and documentation within deadlines.
• Maintain contact with referral sources and treatment team.
• Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines.
