Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.
• Demonstrable clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in working autonomously while being a valuable part of a cohesive team.
• In-depth knowledge of ethical guidelines and laws governing mental health practice.
• A proactive approach to ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing various diagnostic tools and methodologies.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.
• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based interventions, fostering an environment of trust and healing.
• Monitor client progress consistently, employing adjustment strategies to optimize their therapeutic experience based on clinical outcomes.
• Engage in crisis intervention and support during acute moments, equipping clients with coping strategies and immediate resources.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client interactions, emphasizing compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care, actively participating in case conferences and treatment reviews.
• Stay informed of the latest trends and developments in mental health through continuous education and professional engagements.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions and training opportunities to refine your clinical skills and stay updated on best practices.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and maintain alignment with established professional standards as required by relevant licensing and regulatory bodies.
