Job summary

Two Chairs is hiring licensed mental health clinicians to provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+). Sessions may use CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI, with a caseload of 7–20 weekly sessions.

You'll work 8–24 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST, aiming for ~85% direct client care. Documentation and EMR entries are completed within 48 hours; we support professional growth with stipends and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience working with adults (18+).
• Experience delivering teletherapy services.
• Experience with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) and EMR usage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+).
• Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week.
• Avail 8–24 hours weekly Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. EST.
• Complete documentation in EMR within 48 hours of contact.
• Participate in manager check-ins and collaborate with other clinicians.
