Concentra Mental Healthcare Pte. Ltd. is seeking dedicated, licensed Mental Health Therapists for a full‑time, 100% remote role. You will deliver high‑quality mental health services, develop treatment plans, and support diverse clients while managing your own schedule.

Responsibilities include assessments, individualized plans, individual and group therapy (CBT and other evidence‑based modalities), documentation, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
• Active state license as LCSW-C, LMFT, LCPC, or equivalent.
• Clean professional record without disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and intake evaluations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions (CBT and other evidence‑based practices).
• Document client progress through session notes and evaluations.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and supervision.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide necessary resources.
