Rediscovering You, LLC is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our fully remote team. This full-time role offers flexibility to deliver high-quality care from home, with an annual salary of USD 80,000 to 90,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will conduct individual virtual therapy sessions, design treatment plans, monitor progress with secure digital tools, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Full independent license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
• Experience in therapeutic practice with treatment planning and client assessment.
• Excellent communication in virtual settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual virtual therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with clients to set goals and action steps.
