Job summary

Encare Mental Healthcare Pte. Ltd is seeking licensed mental health therapists to join our remote team. This full-time role lets you set your own hours and deliver high-quality care from home.

You will provide individual therapy via a secure video platform, use CBT and other modalities, create personalized treatment plans, and coordinate with a supportive clinical team. A Master's degree and an active LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW license are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant field (SW, MFT, MHC, or Psychology).
• Current, unrestricted license (LCPC/LMFT/LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses; clean disciplinary record.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and active listening.
• Proficient with virtual sessions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via telehealth.
• Utilize CBT and other modalities to develop targeted interventions.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Engage clients to explore emotional experiences and relationships.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans; support coping skills.
• Collaborate with a clinical team to share insights and best practices.
