Ellie Mental Health–Clarkston is seeking a compassionate Michigan LLMSW to join a collaborative private practice focused on authenticity, compassion, and professional development. This full-time role offers in-person and telehealth services within Michigan, with a W-2 commission structure tied to insured and client payments for completed services.

The position involves caseload development supported by practice marketing and administrative resources, with flexible scheduling and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan LLMSW license in good standing.
• Master of Social Work degree from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Eligibility to practice clinical social work under Michigan supervision.
• Commitment to supervision and steps toward full LMSW licensure.
• Experience with assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, psychotherapy, risk assessment, and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health intake assessments and establish diagnoses within LLMSW scope of practice.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based psychotherapy.
• Complete progress notes, treatment plans, risk documentation, and required records on time.
• Submit documentation promptly for supervisory review and co-signature.
• Attend required supervision and maintain supervision records.
