Job summary

Two Chairs offers remote, evidence-based therapy for adults (18+), leveraging modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, and MBCT. Clinicians must be independently licensed in Arizona (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) or as a psychologist, with a willingness to obtain licenses in other states.

Expect a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week, 8–24 hours of weekly availability, and 85% direct client care. Support includes licensure cost coverage and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Arizona as LCSW/LMFT/LPC or as a Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
• Willing to become licensed in other states; company will cover costs.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
• 6+ months of teletherapy experience and proficiency with PHQ-9; comfortable with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote therapy to adults (18+) using CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, MI.
• Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week with 8–24 hours of weekly availability (Mon–Fri, 8:00–21:00 MST).
• Complete documentation within 48 hours of client contact and collaborate with other providers.
