Job summary

Two Chairs is hiring remotely to provide evidence-based therapy to adults (18+), using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, and more. You will manage a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week with 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.

EST availability, focusing ~85% on direct client care and completing EMR documentation within 48 hours. Applicants must be independently licensed in NH (LICSW/LMFT/LCMHC/PhD/PsyD) and open to becoming licensed in other states, with 2+ years of clinical experience and teletherapy

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in NH (LICSW, LMFT, LCMHC or psychologist).
• Willing to become licensed in other states, costs covered.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults; 6+ months teletherapy; PHQ-9 familiarity; comfortable with EHR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+).
• Maintain a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week and 8-24 hours weekly 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. EST.
• About 85% of time on direct client care; ongoing assessments and notes.
• Weekly manager check-ins; collaborate with other providers; document in EMR within 48 hours.
