Two Chairs is seeking licensed mental health professionals to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults in California. You will practice modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, IPT, EFT, and MI while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation and a strong therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications

• Active license in California (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/Psychologist PhD/PsyD)
• Willing to become licensed in other states; cost covered
• Available for 8–24 hours per week; 85% in client sessions
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+); 6+ months teletherapy
• Experience with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking progress
• Experience with teletherapy tools and EHR systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+), using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, IPT, EFT, MI
• Maintain a caseload with client sessions and assessments
• Use data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
• Coordinate with other providers and refer clients as needed
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation within required timelines
