Qualifications

• Licensed in Washington (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC or Psychologist) and eligible for cross-licensure.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical work with adults and teletherapy experience.
• Experience with PHQ-9 and tracking client progress.
• Proficient with EHR systems and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+).
• Maintain a caseload of 7–20 weekly sessions and track progress.
• Use data to adjust treatment plans and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and refer clients when needed.
• Document progress notes within 48 hours of contact in EMR.
