The incumbent will maintain up-to-date knowledge of resources, document interactions, and coordinate with teams to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications include four years of relevant mental health experience or a relevant Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Receive telephone/chat/text requests and assess client needs.
• Provide support and referrals or disposition based on assessment.
• Maintain knowledge of resources and programs for referrals.
• Document client contact information in the unit system.
• Collaborate with staff and referral sources for disposition and care.
