Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives telephone, chat, and text requests for service and responds with support and appropriate referrals and disposition.
• Reviews service needs of the caller or consumer and offers referrals and disposition.
• Performs functions in support of the Unit's mission to provide consumer friendly services.
