Vaya Health is seeking an ACCESS Member Services Specialist for a remote, home-based role in North Carolina. The position focuses on assisting individuals to access services, performing telephonic screenings, and linking callers to the appropriate providers and programs within existing timelines.

The role requires familiarity with Medicaid in NC, strong communication, and skilled use of multiple systems while on live calls. Training and ongoing support are provided.
