Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking Examiners for a flexible worker contract to mark external assessments for the T Level Technical Qualification in Health (Occupational Specialism - Supporting the Mental Health Team). The role runs through the summer 2027 marking window, with standardisation meetings held remotely and conducted within office hours.

You will ensure fair, consistent, and accurate results for learners.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification at Level 3 or above in mental health or a closely related subject area.
• Current or recent teaching experience at Level 3 or above in a mental health related subject, or significant recent occupational experience within the sector.
• An understanding of effective quality assurance and assessment processes.
• The ability to work consistently within tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Following and maintaining the standard set by the Chief Examiner, applying the mark scheme consistently and accurately
• Reporting suspected malpractice or safeguarding concerns to the Assessment Delivery team
• Attending examiner standardisation and other meetings as required – standardisation events will be run remotely and scheduled for weekdays between 9.00am-5.00pm prior to the start of the marking window
• Maintaining the confidentiality of the company assessment materials, learner evidence and learner details, and report any breaches to the Assessment Delivery team
