Job summary

Thermal Behavioral Center is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our remote team. This full-time role offers a salary range of USD 100,000–120,000 and the flexibility of telehealth care delivery.

You will conduct virtual assessments, provide teletherapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support diverse client needs. The ideal candidate holds an appropriate state license (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/PsyD) and a relevant bachelor's degree, with a preference for candidates

Qualifications

State license required (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/PsyD or equivalent).
Bachelor's degree in counseling-related field; Master's/Doctoral preferred.
Experience with telehealth and remote counseling environments.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to determine client needs and create treatment plans.
Deliver teletherapy services including individual counseling and crisis intervention.
Facilitate online groups and workshops on coping skills and mental wellness.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive client care.
Lead outreach initiatives to raise mental health awareness in the community; combine virtual and in-person formats as needed.
Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
