Job summary

Thermal Behavioral Center in Glendale, CA, seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for a full-time remote role providing comprehensive mental health services to a diverse patient population. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and deliver individual and group therapies via telehealth.

The ideal candidate holds an active state license (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/PsyD), a bachelor’s degree (master’s/doctorate preferred), and experience in community health.

Qualifications

• Active state clinical license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD).
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s or doctoral degree preferred.
• Experience in community health settings desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings with evidence-based plans.
• Provide short-term individual counseling addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships.
• Facilitate group therapy and life-skills workshops.
• Collaborate with medical teams for integrated care.
• Engage in community outreach to raise mental health awareness.
• Document progress and outcomes per HIPAA guidelines.
