Job summary

Inspire Wellness Counseling Center seeks a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join a fully remote team. The role delivers evidence-based psychotherapy via telehealth to diverse clients across the United States, with a salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and licensure.

You will conduct assessments, deliver individual and family therapy, and develop comprehensive treatment plans while ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in a qualifying field for licensing.
• Requires current licensure as LMHC/LMFT/LCSW in NY state.
• Telehealth experience is preferred to support remote care.
• Experience with diverse populations or trauma-informed care is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and families.
• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
• Maintain detailed billing records, documentation, and treatment plans in compliance with standards.
• Develop crisis intervention, safety, relapse prevention and wellness plans for clients.
• Create structured discharge plans and support transitions out of intensive therapy.
• Adhere to federal and state laws, NEHS policies and procedures for a safe, compliant environment.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in case consultations and meetings.
• Complete licensing requirements and mandatory training to maintain credentials.
