Job summary

SharpLane Behavioral Health is actively seeking a licensed mental health counselor for a full-time remote role in the Seattle area. The counselor will assess clients, design individualized treatments, and conduct follow-up sessions to support recovery.

Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential to provide comprehensive care. Responsibilities include developing evidence-based plans, using mindfulness techniques, and coordinating referrals.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• Current license as LMFT/LMHC/LICSW in Washington State.
• Minimum of two years of clinical mental health experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mental health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide follow-up sessions to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Offer mindfulness and coping techniques to clients.
• Facilitate referrals to psychiatrists and other providers when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions using EHR.
• Participate in regular team meetings to coordinate care.
