SharpLane Behavioral Health seeks a licensed mental health professional for a full-time remote role in Everett, WA. You will provide evidence-based therapy, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans for diverse clients via telehealth.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health field from an accredited program.
• Active WA LMHC/LMFT/LICSW license required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical mental health therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments using standard tools and interviews.
• Develop and monitor individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver remote individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth.
• Coordinate care and refer to psychiatrists or community resources as needed.
• Document progress in the EHR with confidentiality and ethics in mind.
• Participate in team meetings to improve treatment approaches.
