Job summary

SharpLane Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Counselor to join our outpatient team. This full-time role offers remote work with optional office days in Atlanta, Georgia, delivering therapy to adults and adolescents.

The ideal candidate holds an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in Georgia and has at least two years of clinical experience with evidence-based approaches and crisis intervention. You will use EHR systems, participate in supervision, and collaborate with psychiatrists

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• Current license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Georgia.
• Minimum of two years of clinical mental health counseling experience.
• Knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and cultural considerations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and interviews to evaluate mental health status.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals for clients.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions with evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the EHR system.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and primary care providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.
