Job summary

Modern Practice Support is hiring client care coordinators, billing specialists, and credentialing specialists to support Courser Lapo Therapeutic Wellness in Kansas and other mental health practices nationwide.

The ideal candidate balances warmth with strong organizational skills, is detail-oriented, and can drive tasks to completion. Responsibilities include scheduling, billing, and credentialing with a focus on timely execution.

Qualifications

• Warm and inviting personality with excellent phone communication.
• Detail-oriented and organized for follow-ups with clients.
• Driven by goals and able to work toward targets without frustration.
• Deductive reasoning skills and ability to interpret charts and graphs.
• Excellent at community outreach and building relationships in the community.
• Must reside in Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Submit claims to primary and secondary insurance.
• Reconcile client and insurance payments.
• Work with community partners to nurture professional relationships.
• Use referral sources when clinicians are accepting new clients; contact referral coordinators.
• Complete credentialing applications and follow-up until contracts are signed.
• Complete other tasks for practice owners/managers.
