CBT Collective is expanding its Client Sales team and seeking an Account Executive for remote U.S. to drive patient enrollment in mental health services.

Expect a base salary with uncapped incentives and a total compensation target reflecting performance-based earnings. You will own the early client journey—from inquiry through the first appointment—while guiding clients toward appropriate clinicians, understanding fees, and navigating insurance considerations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consultative sales or client-facing role with conversion or revenue responsibility.
• Track record of meeting targets while delivering professional client experience.
• Passion for mental health and learning about evidence-based care.
• Excellent phone presence: warm, composed, attentive, and confident.
• Comfort discussing sensitive topics and financial considerations with empathy and clarity.
• Strong organization and follow-through across a busy pipeline.
• Experience using a CRM and comfortable learning new systems.
• Ownership and openness to coaching and feedback.

Responsabilités

• Lead consultation calls, build rapport, understand needs, and identify barriers to starting therapy.
• Guide clinician matching by understanding clinicians’ specialties, fees, and availability.
• Communicate value, address cost questions, and guide clients toward booking.
• Explain session fees, out-of-network benefits, and reimbursement processes clearly.
• Own the pipeline through the first appointment and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Deliver reliable handoffs by coordinating with clinicians, operations, and partnerships.
• Protect sensitive information following HIPAA and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and scheduling systems, tracking performance.
