CBT Collective is seeking an Account Executive on our Clinical Coordination team to handle inbound inquiries and connect families with the right therapists across the U.S. This remote, full-time role follows Eastern Time business hours.

You will listen, explain options, and guide clients from inquiry to first appointment, with uncapped incentives on top of a base salary. In this role you’ll own the client journey, coordinate with clinicians and operations, and maintain meticulous records while

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consultative sales or a client-facing role with revenue goals.
• Proven track record of meeting targets while delivering a professional client experience.
• Passion for mental health and helping people access care.
• Strong listening and emotional intelligence with confident communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead thoughtful consultations and build rapport with prospective clients and families.
• Guide clinician matching by understanding clinician specialties, fees, and availability.
• Explain pricing and insurance details, scheduling, and next steps clearly.
• Turn inquiries into appointments with empathetic, confident follow-up.
• Own follow-through and manage a growing pipeline of inquiries.
• Coordinate scheduling and onboarding with clinicians and operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and privacy policies.
• Keep accurate records and pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Meet performance goals while upholding high care standards.
• Support referral partners and contribute to practice growth.
