Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise AI. You will work on multi-agent systems, RAG, semantic chunking, and context management to enable scalable AI across EY platforms.

You will lead architectural design, benchmark performance, and collaborate across AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams while mentoring engineers. This hybrid US role offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiar with AI native development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native designed systems.
• Design of context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance against agent and human-designed evals.
• Design replicable integration frameworks for memory architecture across multiple systems.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI-native design process.
• Assess emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals through research.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support strategic business development activities for emerging technology.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team.
