Your role emphasizes independent decision-making, thorough documentation, and process improvements, with opportunities to explore AI/LLM tools to enhance data review and pattern detection.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, Medicare Advantage, enrollment, billing, or data reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume, data-driven work.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines with limited oversight.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for investigating data/payments discrepancies.
• Clear written and verbal communication across teams; curious about AI/LLM applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day enrollment, billing, and reconciliation tasks for Medicare/Medicaid member data and payments.
• Make independent decisions on standard operational activities per established procedures.
• Identify data/payment discrepancies, resolve where possible, escalate as needed.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation to support CMS and compliance requirements.
• Suggest workflow improvements within operational guidelines and share learnings.
