Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Membership Administrator I to support enrollment, billing and member data processing. This full-time, remote-friendly role enables you to work from home within Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Utah while contributing to a sustainable health care system.

You will handle eligibility, billing, account reconciliation, and customer service for diverse programs, using strong math, communication, and Microsoft Office skills to resolve issues quickly and accurately.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of accounts receivable or customer billing experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain enrollment applications and eligibility data.
• Review accounts for completeness and coordinate with employers and carriers.
• Generate and reconcile billings and ensure timely cash processing.
