Job summary

Foodsmart is seeking a Member Support Lead to guide a remote team of Member Support Representatives, coaching performance, onboarding, and ensuring confident, empathetic member interactions around eligibility, benefits, and Foodsmart’s medically tailored meals program.

The ideal candidate has strong people leadership, sound judgment, and a coaching mindset, with the ability to hold teams to metrics while fostering a high-trust culture. Role requires Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM PST and residing in the US.

Qualifications

• Experience leading remote support teams.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a remote team of Member Support Representatives with coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and 30/60/90-day milestones.
• Ensure scheduling coverage and KPI targets are met.
• Provide consistent QA feedback and coaching.
