Job summary

LegalEASE is seeking a detail-oriented customer service professional for a remote role in the United States. The position entails handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and information intake to match members with appropriate legal representation.

You will work in a team environment within a call center setting, maintaining KPI metrics and ensuring timely referral delivery and follow-up to confirm consultations with providers. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong customer service skills, displaying sound judgement and decision-making.
• Must manage customer expectations by resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Follow the vision, goals, and direction of the department.
• Answer incoming emails in a timely manner as defined by the Service Level Agreements.
• Quickly determine the caller’s needs and proceed to handle the intake of information and assist the caller.
• Confirm eligibility when necessary and verify plan benefits.
• Complete a thorough and accurate case profile during intake.
