Kaizen Lab Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Representative at our Main Branch to assist members with financial transactions and deliver quality service.

The role emphasizes cash handling, account information, and loan maintenance, with a strong attendance expectation. Work hours: Monday–Friday 2:00 p.m.–6:15 p.m.; Saturdays 8:45 a.m.–1:15 p.m.

You will balance cash drawer, identify member needs, and help direct inquiries to the appropriate department.

Responsibilities

• 55%: Receives and processes deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; sells money orders and VISA gift cards; balances cash drawer and daily transactions.

• 15%: Welcome members, provide routine information, and direct to appropriate department.
• 10%: Perform miscellaneous tasks such as typing, filing, responding to emails, and answering the phone.

Part-Time Member Service Representative
Main Branch

Monday - Friday: 2:00 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.
Saturdays: 8:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.

(Part-Time employees are scheduled for 21 - 29 hours per week)

Role

Support members with financial transactions, includingcash-handling and negotiable instruments. Deliver quality service, buildprofessional relationships, provide account information and account/loanmaintenance, and resolve or refer issues as needed. Attendance is an essentialfunction of performing the duties.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

55% - Receives and processes member financialtransactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; sells moneyorders and VISA gift cards to members; transfers amounts from member accountsas directed. Balances cash drawer and daily transactions.

20% -Identify members’ needs and promote andcross-sell credit union products and services.

15% - Welcomes members and provides routineinformation concerning services and directs members to appropriate departmentfor specific information and service.

10% - Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks,including typing, filing, responding to emails, and answering the telephone.

Must comply with all company policies and procedures,applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank SecrecyAct, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Performs otherjob related duties as assigned.
