System One is seeking a Member Service Representative to support a high-volume healthcare contact center during Open Enrollment season, handling benefits, claims, enrollment, and billing inquiries in a remote Washington, DC environment.

This 3-month W-2 contract pays $25 per hour. The role requires strong communication, detail-oriented work, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• 2-3 years of inbound call center experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume call center environment.
• Experience using multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound member inquiries regarding benefits, claims, enrollment, and billing.
• Research and resolve customer issues while providing accurate information.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while assisting members.
