Fallon Health is hiring a Member Services Representative in Worcester, MA, with on-site training for about 8–9 weeks. After training, a remote work model becomes available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but relevant experience considered.
• Experience in customer-facing inbound call-center setting is desirable.
• Ability to multitask and proficient typing and data entry skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle member and provider inquiries via Fallon Health's 1-800 numbers.
• Document call details clearly for tracking and quality assurance.
• Escalate concerns per policies and procedures while ensuring member satisfaction.
