ICCU is seeking a Financial Services Officer in Spokane Valley, WA. The role involves interviewing members for loan applications, opening new accounts, and cross-selling Credit Union services while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing mortgage applications, processing loans, and ensuring accurate data throughout the process. A-Bachelor’s degree is preferred with 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal regulations and lending policies.
• Strong math, ten key calculator, typewriter, and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview members for loan applications and gather data for accurate processing.
• Open accounts, review mortgage applications, and manage communications during processing.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services. Ensure member satisfaction with Eagle Service Standards.
• Review member financials and provide recommendations to help achieve goals.
