Responsabilidades

• Provide service support to Molina members and providers via phone, chat, and email across multiple states/products.
• Conduct health and member/provider satisfaction surveys.
• Document pertinent details of inquiries accurately.
• Follow Molina hours, breaks, and overtime as needed.
• Build rapport and respond empathetically to customers.
• Capture information and identify inquiries and concerns.
• Aim to meet or exceed performance goals (call quality, attendance, adherence).
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Take ownership of real-time solutions and timely follow-up.
• Assist provider inquiries about eligibility, benefits, and claims status.
