Virta Health is seeking a Member Growth Operations Associate Manager to drive and improve cross-channel member communications. You will own email, direct mail, and SMS campaigns, ensuring quality and accuracy across Braze, PostGrid, and Cornerstone.

You will collaborate across teams to launch campaigns, manage content governance, and maintain operating playbooks. This remote-first role offers exposure to healthcare communications and data-driven processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, project management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute and quality-check cross-channel campaigns (email, direct mail, SMS).
• Build, update, and maintain email templates for Braze.
• QA end-to-end across channels including content, links, personalization, and audience criteria.
• Execute direct mail campaigns through PostGrid and Cornerstone with proofs and timelines.
• Translate approved requests into executable campaign plans and QA steps.
• Document issues and strengthen QA controls from learnings.
• Set up new client launches with playbooks and canvases.
• Coordinate file-ingestion, validation, and data syncing to Braze with stakeholders.
• Monitor dependencies and maintain clear project plans to ensure timely launches.
• Provide backup coverage across team focus areas and own campaigns from intake to completion.
• Manage client-level content and Do Not Contact governance in multi-channel catalog.
• Maintain process documentation for transfer and support.
