You will cross-sell deposits, loans, investments, and other products, aiming to meet or exceed sales and service goals while providing trusted financial advice in a professional, confidential manner.

Qualifications

• Experience with outbound calling to generate new memberships and cross-sell products.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Generate business through outbound calls to achieve sales goals.
• Follow up with members via telephone or email after initial contact.
• Track daily calls and production; maintain CRM notes.
• Explain pricing and answer questions to build value in relationships.
• Represent the Credit Union professionally at all times.
