Job summary

Credit Union of Colorado is hiring a Member Advocate to deliver outstanding member service, open accounts, and provide solutions across banking products. You will guide members through deposits, loans, and money management while upholding security and privacy standards.

The role emphasizes building trust, educating on services, and collaborating with branches to ensure optimal outcomes for members and the organization. Prior retail sales and cash handling are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; six months related financial retail experience preferred.
• Two to three years of direct retail sales experience and cash handling preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with members, uncover needs, and educate on service options.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones, safeguarding member information.
• Provide deposits, consumer and mortgage loans, and money management services.
• Collaborate across branches to deliver best solutions for members.
