Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective member service with deep knowledge of products and services.
• Open new member accounts and service existing accounts.
• Provide deposit, loan, and money management services.
• Collaborate across branches to deliver best solutions.
• Adhere to federal and state regulations affecting lending and BSA/FACTA compliance.
