Job summary

PeoplePartners seeks a diligent Member Services Data Quality Officer to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity for our Australian client. Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in data quality or records management.
• Experience handling structured data and customer/member information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of data integrity and record management.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review member and customer records for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and duplicate records.
• Validate memberships, orders, and subscription statuses against business rules.
• Update contact details, membership statuses, renewal dates, and product entitlements.
• Validate information before entering or updating records.
• Follow documented processes and escalate unclear or complex issues.
• Collaborate with Member Services and Digital teams to address process gaps.
• Prepare accurate data for communications, renewals, and reporting.
• Identify and flag data quality and process issues for further investigation.
