Responsibilities

• Combine salary data and job descriptions from multiple sources into one accurate, consistent record.
• Resolve mismatches in job titles and codes across sources.
• Match job classifications to labor agreements and bargaining units.
• Convert salary figures into annualized values using standard formulas.
• Detect and resolve duplicate records.
• Apply consistent formatting across every record.
• Flag issues clearly instead of guessing when something looks wrong.
• Conduct light website research to verify classification information.
• Document data issues, mismatches, and resolutions for the team.
• Maintain organized records of completed and in-progress work.
