Sidecar Health, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Member Care. This remote role supports members' understanding of Benefit Amounts, plans, and claims, via calls, chats, and tickets.

Training spans four weeks, ET hours apply, and multiple shifts are available. You will assist with benefit questions, issue resolution, and member satisfaction, contributing to a startup healthcare model that emphasizes accessibility and transparency.
