Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends.
• Successful completion of CLEAR and background checks.
• Remote role based in Orlando, FL with non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact via phone, email, and live chat.
• Strengthen CLEAR’s relationship with members and upsell where appropriate.
• Guide members in managing their membership and explain benefits.
• Identify opportunities to improve the Member Experience at each step.
