Job summary

TRANZACT is seeking a licensed MAI Benefit Activation Specialist to work from home, guiding Humana members through activation steps and documenting progress for a smooth plan start.

Must hold Life/Health license, excel in customer service and communication, and be available 8:30 AM–9:00 PM EST with occasional weekend hours during AEP. Join a BE REAL culture that values accuracy and service.

Qualifications

• Licensed in life and/or health insurance; role does not involve performing licensed work.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to follow structured processes and document interactions accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Availability for early start (8:30 AM EST) or late finish (9:00 PM EST), with potential overtime and weekend shifts during AEP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured conversations with new Humana members to activate benefits.
• Guide members through required modules to complete activations.
• Document interactions and module completions accurately.
• Maintain compliance with Humana and TRANZACT standards.
• Provide excellent customer experience and support throughout the process.
• Optionally be assigned to a sales role outside AEP if needed.
