Ideal candidates have a valid Healthcare Insurance License, a high school diploma or GED, call center experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and a flexible, detail-oriented approach are essential. Training provided and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid Healthcare Insurance License.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
